Create your numbered ticket set.

Prepare one Canva page, choose the sequence, and generate up to 50 numbered copies with Free or up to 100 with Lifetime Pro.

Prepare one ticket page

Open the Canva design that contains your finished ticket. Keep the ticket you want to number on the active page and check the design before continuing.

Add the placeholder

Create a separate text element containing exactly {{NUMBER}}. Move it to the position where the serial number should appear.

Open NumberinGo

Open Apps in Canva, launch NumberinGo, and keep the ticket page selected. The app will use the active page as the source.

Set the sequence

Choose Start, Quantity, and Digits. Add an optional prefix or suffix. Example: start 1, digits 4, and prefix TKT- produces TKT-0001.

Choose the number style

Select the Canva font and text color for the serial number. These choices apply to every generated number layer.

Generate and review

Select Generate numbered pages and keep Canva open while the progress panel updates. Review every new page before printing or sharing. Print arrangement controls and preview are available on Free, while generating arranged print sheets requires Lifetime Pro.

Before you print

A quick final check prevents wasted paper and catches sequence mistakes early.

Check first and last

Confirm that the sequence begins and ends with the expected values.

Check placement

Zoom in on several pages and confirm the number is aligned and readable.

Test one page

Print a single sample before sending the complete set to production.
